When Five Fell.

He woke up to the bell. When Five Fell.

To the cheers and claps of his mom, dad and sister. He turned 7.

Jumped off the bed to cut the cake his mom finely baked.

The whole day was with love and treats. That made him think “wow what a life it is!”

He woke up to the bell. When Five Fell.

Saw his sister smiling and singing. He turned 13.

He jumped off the bed and searched for his dad.

Opened all the gifts he got and saw his favorite candy.

Turned at his mom and said “everything is fine and dandy”

He woke up to the bell. When Five Fell.

He saw the big message his best friend sent. He turned 17.

Called up his friends for a party with joy. He was happy that he’s no more a little boy.

Got his favorite cake that his mom finely baked.

And said “sweet and the same”

He woke up to the bell. When Five Fell.

No sound no cheer. He turned 18.

Stayed in the bed the whole day. Nothing new he had to say.

Got off his bed. Into the mirror for 5 minutes he stared.

And said “How strange a year can change.”
